“What are the administrative requirements of running a cooperative?”
“How do you make decisions that nobody gets treated unfairly?”
“What principles and strategies do we need to give all members the same status?”
Thll these questions and more must be asked to lead a cooperative successfully and legally compliant. In the training sessions, financed by FairStyria, Chyangsar women learn everything about accounting, policies and decision making. If the cooperative is strong and its internal structures work, they can also act as a serious actor vis-à-vis authorities and contract partners. The word of the women has more weight and there is a higher chance that their demands will be heard. Thanks to Networker for Humanity the “Management-Training” takes place in the new Traininghall!
