Building in Nepal

print
…a real challenge for our employee Kusang Tamang on site regarding planning and implementation!
In order to bring the materials to Chyangsar, they must first be purchased in Kathmandu. But how do they get to the village where there is no paved road on the last kilometres? Deliveries to these areas are generally not offered by the trade. So there is nothing else left but to rent a truck and driver for 2 days, which drives as close as possible on the paved road to the village. The last kilometres the material is divided between jeep and tractor – if the road is passable. In or after the monsoon you have to carry it. Sometimes the transport costs almost as much as the goods themselves!

Also the ovens are ready.
